By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. Ordering
When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We send an order confirmation email straight away - that's a receipt, not our acceptance.
A contract is only formed when we dispatch your order. Until then, we can decline or cancel it. If we do, we refund you in full.
We may also cancel or limit orders that look like resale, bot activity, or misuse of a promotion.
2. Prices
- All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
- Shipping is added at checkout.
- We can change prices at any time. Changes don't affect orders we've already dispatched.
3. If We Get Something Wrong
Sometimes things go wrong. A price loads incorrectly, a discount code applies to products it shouldn't, stock shows as available when it isn't, or the site glitches during checkout.
If an order is affected by an error like this, we can cancel it (or the affected items) and refund you in full. We'll email you as soon as we can to explain what happened. Where we can, we'll offer you the chance to re-order at the correct price before we cancel.
We only use this clause for genuine errors - not because we've changed our mind, and not for ordinary price changes.
4. Promotions and Discount Codes
Unless we say otherwise:
- One code per order and codes can't be combined.
- Codes have no cash value and can't be applied after you've ordered.
- Free gifts and bonus items are subject to stock.
- We can withdraw or correct a promotion at any time, including where it's been published with an error or is being used in a way we didn't intend.
If a promotion is cancelled or corrected after you've ordered, clause 3 applies.
5. The Website Itself
We do our best to keep the site accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or online. Product images, descriptions, stock levels and delivery estimates are a guide, not a guarantee.
We can change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site, or any product, at any time.
6. Payment
We take payment when you order. If a payment fails, is reversed or is later charged back, we can cancel your order and recover any goods already sent.
7. Delivery
We'll give you an estimated delivery time, but we can't guarantee it. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
If something arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, contact us at hello@tribecabrands.co within 3 days and we'll sort it out.
8. Returns
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: contact us and we'll replace or refund. See clause 9.
Change of mind: we accept returns within 3 days of delivery if the product is unopened, unused and in its original packaging. Return postage is yours. Some items can't be returned for health and safety reasons once opened.
9. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Where the law allows us to limit our liability, we limit it to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, or refunding what you paid.
10. Our Products
Our products are supplements and functional beverages, not medicines. Information on this site is general and isn't medical or nutritional advice.
Check the label before use. Some products aren't suitable for children or for people who are pregnant, breastfeeding, caffeine-sensitive or taking medication. If you have a health condition, talk to your doctor first.
Athletes: it's your responsibility to check ingredients against your sport's anti-doping rules.
11. Accounts
Keep your login details secure. You're responsible for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.
12. Using Our Content
Everything on this site - brand names, logos, images, text, video - belongs to us or our licensors. You can view and share it for personal, non-commercial use. You can't copy, resell or use it commercially without our written permission.
Don't misuse the site: no scraping, hacking, reverse-engineering, or interfering with how it works.
13. Liability
Subject to clause 9, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss caused by events outside our reasonable control.
14. Privacy
We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.
15. Changes to these Terms
We can update these terms at any time. The version published when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
16. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
