    Shipping costs

    • Free standard shipping for orders $75.00 or more.
    • Orders under $75.00 are charged at a flat rate of $10
    • Express shipping, if selected at checkout are charged a flat rate of $14.95
    • Free express shipping for orders over $200

    Express Post: Prioritised as the fastest option for customers by Australia Post, but may not always meet the next business day delivery standard.

    Parcel Post items sent to WA (from the east coast of Australia) may take up to an additional two weeks to be delivered (based on our current estimates). Heavy rain and flooding have closed the Sydney-to-Perth rail line. The Melbourne-to-Adelaide reopened on 21 November, however delays are expected due to a backlog of freight.

    Delivery time

    We ship Monday to Friday and strive to dispatch same day for all orders received by 1 pm (AEST) on a business day. Otherwise, all orders will be dispatched within 24 hours or the next business day. We use Australia Post Parcel Post and Express Post for deliveries. 

    • QLD Metro – up to 2 business days
    • QLD Country – up to 5 business days
    • ALL OTHER STATES Metro – up to 3 – 6 business days, depending on exact destination
    • ALL OTHER STATES Country – dependant on your location. Please visit Australia Post’s website to estimate delivery time.

    Express Post – next business day delivery if ordered before 1 pm AEST and the delivery address is within the Australia Post Express Post network. Includes all Australian capital cities and major metro areas (excludes Darwin and areas outside of Perth CBD). More information on the Express Post Network and postcodes included can be found on the Australia Post website

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for any delays in your parcel/order from the moment it is collected by Australia Post.

    Tracking your order 

    Once your order is packed and ready for dispatch you will receive an email with tracking information. Please keep in mind that the tracking number will not become active until it has been picked up by Australia Post.

    New Zealand

    We ship Monday to Friday and strive to dispatch same day for all orders received by 12pm (AEST) on a business day. Otherwise, all orders will be dispatched within the next business day. We use DHL Express for X50 Lifestyle order to New Zealand. 

    The shipping fees are based on the weight of your X50 Lifestyle order. 

    Estimated delivery time is 2 -5 business days with DHL Express. 

    Free shipping is available on New Zealand orders over $150AUD

    You made a mistake on your order

    We get it, sometimes you get so excited when placing an online order and you accidentally make a mistake or placed your order twice. If this has happened to you please email as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been dispatched we will be able to edit or cancel your order and process a partial or full refund depending on the mistake. Be quick, our warehouse team are speedy dispatchers!

    International Customers Please Read the Below:

    You may have to pay local import taxes and/or customs duties. You may also be required to pay a brokerage (handling) fee for the shipment. These charges are separate from your shipping charge and you will be billed directly for them via the shipping carrier or your local government. Obligations in this regard vary from country to country. We will not be liable for packages refused or held by customs for delivery. We do not take responsibility for any extra charged to the customer by customs/duty/VAT. If a package is returned to us due to a breach of your countries import regulations, you will be responsible for any costs associated with this. A refund may be issued for product only, upon receipt of the returned package. If an order is seized and destroyed by customs due to regulatory issues, you will not receive credit for the order or shipping cost. If an order is rejected by customs or unable to be delivered, and the cost to return the goods is greater than the value of the goods, we will instruct the carrier to abandon the package. You will not receive a refund for the merchandise or shipping cost.

    We strongly recommend that you contact your customs office and ask about import regulations and requirements before placing your order. It is important for you to become familiar with Customs policies for your specific country before ordering.

    Customs regulations differ by country and not knowing their regulations can result in your order incurring high import duties, the delivery being delayed or even returned. Please check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of the products you are planning to order from us and if any additional licenses or permits are needed.
