I am a mum of 2 lovely babies and work full. I have been in the health industry for 10 years.
I was not always interested in health; and living a healthy life. I used to run nightclubs and enjoyed a much spicier Kombucha on a Saturday night. It wasn't until I fell pregnant with my daughter who is now 10, that I truly changed my habits and wanted to be a better role model.
I studied Nutrition then did my Certificate in Fitness and began doing a lot of research of my own.
I started going to the gym every morning and tried a plant-based diet. My passion has just grown from there. I have a lot more knowledge now and continue to learn in hope to pass this on to my babies (or not so much babies 10, & 6).
You’re favourite product: My favourite product would be the Lychee Green Tea X50, it tastes like summer all year round!
Your top tips for living life better: Anything grown naturally, is my main food source. I make sure I eat as many colourful food’s fruits & vegetables as possible. I start each day with fruit. What you put in your body and on your skin, becomes you.Move every day, even rest days, walk or do yoga. If you can take the stairs over a lift, on the days you have energy, run them.I challenge myself each day to do more than yesterday. I educate my kids, so that they can grow to be strong, happy, and healthy humans. I treat myself but always in moderation, the 80/20 rule is a good one.
