HOT Add 20g (1 sachet) to 150mL of hot water. Stir until completely dissolved. Consume immediately. Store in a cool dry place. Enjoy 1 per day.

COLD Add 20g (1 sachet) to a splash of hot water, stir until dissolved. Top up with chilled water or milk of your choice, add extra ice if you're feeling fancy.
