PASSIONFRUIT + LYCHEE MOJITO MOCKTAIL
Ingredients (Serves 2)
1 Passionfruit Green Tea X50 Sachet
2 Large Passionfruit’s (pulp, seeds and juice)
½ Cup Lychee Juice
Juice of ½ Lime
300-500ml Soda Water
Handful of Crushed Ice
To Serve
Mint
Ice
Lychees (pitted)
Method
To a cocktail shaker, sprinkle in @x50lifestyle Passionfruit Green Tea X50 sachet.
Pour in a splash of water warm to dissolve.
Add in passionfruit, lychee juice, lime juice and soda water. Add ice.
Seal the cocktail shaker and give it a good SHAKE!
Fill a tall glass with crushed ice, mint leaves and pitted lychees. Pour in the chilled cocktail.
Top with additional ice. Enjoy!
