Sinking into my bed!

I have been using the Sleepy Tea since it landed and it does NOT disappoint. Finally a sleepy tea that actually works! I know exactly when I need to "catch my boat", I can feel my whole body relax, go heavy, all the way down into my feet like I am sinking into the bed haha, it's bl**dy amazing!
